   Fostered by you Cat Rescue is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization under the auspices of Helping Homeless Pets, a registered Canadian charity. Our mandate is to rescue and find permanent, loving homes for stray and abandoned cats and kittens in southern York Region, and to assist with TNRM (trap, neuter, return, maintain) programs for feral cats.
