Henry's Haven Rat Rescue
came to be after
founder Lyndsy McAuley
and her son met 'Henry'. Henry was a very special rat, and he touched both
their hearts in immeasurable ways. While looking for a friend for Henry,
it was impossible to miss how many rats in Ontario go up for adoption
and often end up without homes. Lyndsy started adopting rats from other
rescues across Ontario and decided to help out these very
misunderstood creatures. Have a look at their website as well, where you can purchase a hammock to enrich the lives of rats and other small creatures. HHRR is a non profit organization and rely solely on the sales of hammocks and donations. Their store is located here: henrysratrescue.weebly.com/store.html Take a look at their adoptable animals below ... you never know, your newest love could be waiting for you! |
